Metro North Princeton has been providing its customers with delicious Italian dishes and American classics. We have been in the town of Princeton for over 20+ years and continue to become a town favorite. 

Our Journey

Our establishment was created by restauranteurs Tony and Joe Vitella; both of who bring a combination of over 50 years experience to the business.
